Thread: New Here

Hi

i'm new here. I've been really curious about lucid dreaming for a while now and after watching a movie this morning called Waking Life, which was amazing and i recommend to all, i decided i wanted to to try it out. The weird thing is I used to be able to have lucid dreams when i was a kid, though i didn't even know what it was then and i remember that almost as soon as i was aware i was dreaming i would wake up and find it really frustrating. Hopefully with practice i'll be able to control them for as long as i like. Anyway i decided i would look for some resources to help me on the internet and i found this person selling a CD that supposedly helps you have lucid dreams straight away, sounds a bit like hypnotism. i don't know if anyone here has tried using anything like that. That;s enough from me for now anyway. Just wanted to introduce myself.
