I was wondering how often some of u have it and what methods u use to achieve lucidity.

if u have lucid dreams, how long have u attempted to have them?
can you make it occur more then once a day?
how many have u had so far (if you can count them

)

Ok lets get to the point. This Lucid Dreaming(or LD) stuff isn't all that easy for me. I started in about 3 months ago and i have had only 3 LD since. The last 1 was very recently and it was...INTRESTING.

Before i started this LD stuff i had no clue about Dreaming. And in the last 3 months have had 3 LD. *lowers head shamefully* im a slow learner. There are ppl out there that can induce LD every day and there are intresting charecters that frequently have LD here.

I use a teckquie called Mild.

Its another tequie that helps you realize your dreaming. Which in turn helps you perform a Reality Test. Here is a great site that gives tipson different ways of trying

start by making a dream journal. and do RC's

I've never been able to do a WILD and have had limited success with MILD. The thing that really works for me is recognizing dream signs.
I've had lucid dreams occasionally for the last 10-12 years, but they were infrequent, maybe one every month or two.

Since coming to this site, I average 2-3 a week now.
I have no clue how many I have had in my life. Probably somewhere around 50?

I have LDs every night,(at least 2 or 3) but the level of lucidity/awareness and recall for each one varies. I never heard of any techniques till joining this forum, but I usually do breathing and stretching exercises before going to sleep (laying flat on my back with hands crossed on the solar plexus has worked the best for me). Keeping a dream journal has helped me best with recall. Oh, and welcome!

i only learned about this site for less than a week but i have had lucid dreams in the 70,s as a young boy.like in the back seat of the my parents car on long trips..me dream recall was a lot better back then..i,m interested in some of the techniques that i see here..looks like i got some homework to do

My daughter is 15 and is now grounded for 1 week for going home with her boyfriend after school without asking permission!

She really doesn't think she did anything wrong... go figure.

I was 17 once. And I remember that getting it on with a girl was the most important thing in my world and consumed most of my attention!!
Too bad I didn't know about lucid dreaming back then!!!
