Might I say that self-hypnosis is very effective

I used Placebo's last method a lot and it really helped. Looking forward to trying this one out.

Yay, I was thanked for something! Your method sounds cool. I like the heavy blanket and how you mixed in some more meditation-like stuff. I like to do that too.

Hi pepopel,
Last year I took an hypnosis coures in Barcelona and I have been studing Lucid dreams for many years, writting my dreams for many time in a dietary. But I have only had very short lucid dreams, maybe 15 seconds.

Now I have recorded the Hypnosis Tutorial in a tape and I have tasted only two times with not success I'm little disconcerted, becuese I think that my subcouncious should follow the orders. I'll follow listening the tape each day, I hope in few days have good news.

How long did you take to have lucid dreams with the tutorial script?

In few days I'll record this new script.

Um, I didn't get any decent results from my self hypnosis using the new script... even though I had decent enough self hypnosis
I have no idea why

The lack of responses to this could also indicate other people not having a lot of success?

I didn't use a tutorial script, I used LDGuy's original steps
And it took me about 3 or 4 attempts

This script wasn't really meant to be recorded on tape... but I don't see a reason why it can't work
Just one thing - I made a mistake in it where I never say that the session is ended if you make the once choice at the end. Just add that in
