What just happened to me?
Last night I went to bed at exactly 8:00 pm and at around 8:10 pm I was already in a super vivid dream. It didn't feel like a dream, it felt I was actually there.
In the dream I got off my usual bus stop, and some guy behind me was following me and as soon as I see him I scream and I could hear my self scream in the dream. Then I fall down on the floor and I could see the guy coming near me, then my eye lids in the dream start to close.
I start panicking because I think im dieing, as soon as i cant see anymore, it was as if I was in a all black place but i know im not in a dream anymore or im not awake?
1. First I want to know, how I can have such a vivid dream in less than 10 minutes after getting in bed.
2. When my eyes closed in the dream, and everything went black where was I? because I knew the dream ended, but I wasnt awake?

what i want to know is how you know that it was 8:10 pm if you were still dreaming

How can anyone have any dreams? Its a mystery. And where are you in a dream? I would say you are in the same place you are now... in your head. Everything you experience you experience in your brain. So why should dreaming be any different. What you perceive creates your reality... reality isnt a place.
The worst mistake you can make is to think you're alive when you're really asleep in lifes waiting room.

Maybe you were day dreaming.

i forgot to mention, i woke up after that blackness. I turned the light on and to my surpise only 7 minutes passed by.
What was really bizarre was that although i didnt know i was dreaming while it was happening I was compeletely awake in terms of my ability to think.

I guess it was NOT daydreaming, but when you have dreams they might be very vivid sometimes, like if you have eaten B6 vitamin or anything else that makes them vivid.
And i guess a good recall makes them feel vivid.
I got a dream like this to. i took a nap in the afternoon, just some minutes and when i woke up i could write a very detaild review about the dream.
