You know wasup, I've always suspected that testosterone works as a trigger. I think all people have a tendancy to be wierd, it's just that most females lack the hormonal trigger that makes them act on it.

Lucius, O'neas - You guys have any input into this from a psychological view?

I dont really have time to explain this from that point of view right now, but how about I give another simple explaination?

Guys spend more time on the internet so end up with sites/forums more likely,

but then pops up the question why do guys spend more time on the internet?

Its actually all the same, why do males do more of this and why do females do more of that. Its just the way males and females think,internet is more of a male thing( correct me if im wrong but I think being on the internet,and posting on forums is more done by males)
Just like going on shopping spree is more of a female thing.
Same reason why females have diffirent dreams then males(research has proven so,example males tend to dream more about violence,and females dream more about family)

Might seem simple but its not very easy to declare, females just think diffirently,its not only the hormones,its also the parts of the brain used. Why this is so, I cannot say, this is just the way it is, I refer to scientic articles..

So,part of the female/male acting is set by their natural, another part is set by the general opinion of the society.If society thinks its normal for females not to work and only be housewife(like in the past) this will happen,also females will not take any leadership positions and do not even want to take any positions with high responsibility because thats they way society thinks and influences them

Another thing is that that in many religions and spiritual happenings the male is mostly pictured the greater and more enlighted person.Most(all?) prophets are male, most priests are male,most masters are male, gurus are male, enlighted persons are male and so on.Sub consiously females might still think that such matters should be left to the male population

It was kind of slow when I first joined, then it seemed we had a real increase in members. Now, yeah, kind of slowing down again.

I find gothic women attractive for some reason, its just the whole look i think... dark lipstick, eye shadow and all that.

Back to the topic at hand, another reason that more males tend to be on this site, could be that a lot of them may be unsatisfied in their daily lives, i dont mean sexually but just unsatisfied generally. maybe they try to lucid dream as a way to exert their frustrations or to live out their fantasies. Possibly to be a millionaire or to take over the world (its a guy thing). but i suppose that it could also be sexual reasons for wanting to lucid dream... who knows.

I'm here to learn. And help others to of course.

Everything about my lucid dreaming had improved since I started hanging out here. I have them more frequently, I have better control, they tend to last longer and be more vivid.
I've also realized just how far I have to go! Some of you guys/and gals are doing amazing things, and given me some ideas that I want to work on.

I'm glad I stumbled onto this site and hope that I can return the favor by helping out others!

i persnonally, have no unsatisfaction in my life, to a large extent.
but i love learning new things, and i love dreaming, etc. and i am making friends in the process.
