      WILD questoin

Hi there, I was trying out a WILD again last night. I was adviced to focus on my breating, so I did. After about 2 minutes I felt my heart rate increasing, felt some really weird vibrations and my breath became heavy. Then it felt like my head increased by 3 times or so. Anyways, this vibrating feeling disappeared after about 30 seconds, is that supposed to happen? Or it is supposed to stay like that during the whole session. After a while I begain seeing stuff, had a hard time focusing on my breating and eventually I just fell to sleep.

Congratulations you made it through sleep paralysis (everything you felt is completely normal) and you even saw some HI (hypnogogic imagery)...now you just have to learn to stay conscious through the HI which will then lead you into a lucid dream instead of just falling asleep.
