2and try (WILD)

Hi I was trying WILD for the 2ans time now,
I lay down and took my easy mask on and count my breath. After a while my arms fade away and my breath got calm (I was breathing throw my nose) after a vile I heard a sound and I got really exalted and my hart bate got really fast. I lay down for some time and then suddenly my mouth slowly opened, then nothing more happened and I nearly gave up but then, some thing happened my feet start to vibrate only my feet nothing more, cause of that I tray a little bit more and I started to “dream” or not dream it is pretty hard to explain it was like a dream but it was no picture, like a sound dream or a some thing(like when u have high fever), well I was conscious all the time but I couldn’t do anything so I gave up, was I doing some thing wrong ore was I only don’t hitting a REM period?

Well dreams that make you feel like you have a high fever are never any fun, so good job giving up!

But to answer your question, you probably werent entering a REM period, because unless your trying a WILD after awakening for just a short while, it will take about and hour to 90 minutes for you to enter the first REM period.

Jk about giving up though, keep on trying, but instead of trying a WILD at night, wake up about an hour before you normaly would, then try a WILD, youll find its much easier to slip into REM sleep, but like anything, it takes practice.
