61 point relaxation is just a much more hardcore version of what ninja described.
WILDs - 38
MILD/DILDs - 44
VILDs - 8
TILDs - 1 (Thirst Induced Lucid Dream, never going through that experience again...)
Total: 98 - So close to the big 100

Yeah, but if you just want to relax or meditate this works just fine for me. Add relaxing music (or a subliminal message mp4) and you'll pass right out.
