      Adrenalin

      Mm... Please, help me, dreamers!
When I fall a sleep ( I mean LD), my body gives adrenalin. So my heart began throbbing and wake up.
How are you cope with this problem? How are you restrain a surge of adrenalin when you realize that you began to enter to the dream?
      I hope on you!

haha, i thought I was the only one that does this I just try to lay down and wait until I chill out really. Sometimes I will read or do something in bed until I find myself getting tierd. If I catch myself at the right moment, I can go right to sleep

I think that this problem of many people. Unfortunately, it does not answer my question. I can easily weaken consciousness and start to fall asleep, but there is a moment when I at the side have an adrenaline emission. I cannot understand, how to me it to avoid?

This happens to me too when I get excited about having a lucid dream, or just about anything. I'm trying to keep it under control, but that "rush" feels really good at times.

No one has solved this problem? I tried the propranolol, it did not help: (

Program your mind to keep you relaxed - repeat to yourself a simple mantra; something like "I'm relaxed" and at the same time visualise something that is soothing.

I would say, based on my own experience with the notorious adrenaline rush that can occur when I become lucid, don't do anything unusual. I know its hard. We all want to fly or leap tall buildings. But, if you are truly lucid, you certainly can choose not to do exhilarating things. Take a stroll... really check out the texture of the environment. I would also advise against striking up a conversation with a DC as the thoughts involved in communication might pull you out of the dream.

      Anyhoo, just a thought!

Your adrenaline pumps while you are in the dream?
That happens to me everytime I become lucid. It has never taken me out usually I just accept it and slow down my breathing rate and do my thing kinda talk to myself to stay calm if I really need too

Thank you for your answers. But I have another problem ... When I get in a lucid dream through the WILD, it only lasts a second. I have no problems with the excitement of a lucid dream. But every time I get in a lucid dream through the observation of images, I was immediately thrown by andrenalin ejection

Try relaxing and really taking in your environment, as much as possible smell the air, feel what it feels like to be immersed in the dream. Like faceonmars said, dont to anything drastic, just stand and take in your lucid dream. To stabilize or increase clarity, try rubbing your hands together.
