An anchor?
Hello, I have looking for this word (Anchor) but i'm not sure of what it is...
I think is something to maintain your awareness...even at a low level but that let's you to become lucid when you enter a dream...
I used the tool "search" but I still can't see anything.
can you help me with that?

Your thoughts are along the right lines. An anchor is something which helps you to keep your mind focused and awake, while your body drifts off to sleep. Hopefully resulting in a WILD. Hope that's of help.

the using of anchor is the same for the wild?

the use of an anchor is better or something?
