Auto mantra implant

I've been trying to MILD some now, and telling myself to have a lucid dream when I'm asleep, like, repeating a mantra.

But once I start drifting off, I forget to keep saying the sentence ><

So I thought, maybe theres anyone on DV that has like an audio file that just keeps saying the mantra. "I will have a lucid dream." or anything. And I though, maybe if I keep it on while I sleep, I might pick up something like "...have a lucid dream" in my dream, and get lucid cause of it! Or maybe a sentence like "Are you dreaming?" Or whatever ^^

Is there anyone that has a file like this, or can make one? o.o

Ps, I'm not talking about subliminal messages ^^

Are you using Windows and do you have a microphone (most laptops have one on it). If so you can record your own message in Programs, accessories, entertainment, sound recorder (or somewhere around there) and loop it using whatever audio player you use

I guess something like "Realise that you're Dreaming now. Let your Mind become calm and clear. Focus. Now take control of your Dream" could be helpfull if it were played repeatatively at night while you sleep and dream.

However this phrase shouldn't be constantly repeated or you'll just get used to it and stop taking notice of the words. So I guess this should be an ambient, entrancing track of like 20 minutes and then a Voice speaks these words very Clearly and a bit louder t5han the ambient music on the background. And that track could be played on Repeat all night.

Mm yeah I thought something like that. I downloaded that link btw, but it's just music.. And I'm more looking for something that SKA posted :p

Are there any versions like that around?
