What are you, George Costanza?
ok well i have read MANY posts on different bedtime snakcks such as apple juice, bananas etc to increase clarity but i am wondering if my two lucid dreams in one night was anything to dow ith my random choice of bedtime snack last night...
chorizo sausage, smoked cheese with herbs and Branstan Pickle....
i have read nothing before about these foods so i am completely in the dark. was the mxture of cheese and other things a recipe for lucidity?
i simply dont know.
waow... my most random post ever![]()

What are you, George Costanza?
I honestly doubt that any food anyone eats makes any difference to their dreaming at all. Yet people will keep talking about how certain foods 'help' you LD and have more vivid dreams.
Bananas and milk, for example, contain melatonin, which helps you sleep. But in such small quantities that I doubt it makes any noticeable difference, even though people swear by it.
Plasibo effect at its best..

That would have given me heartburn, and I wouldn't have been able to sleep all night, lol.
I remember reading a thread a while back about cheese and lucid dreams, but I really don't know. Sorry.
