Chug some milk or apple juice instead, the energy drink, might just keep you awake unless you rty to WILD

So i'm thinking next WBTB i'm going to play Brain Training on my DS for an hour.
I think this will activate my frontal lobe. (i think that's what it activates)
i'm also going to chug down a Relentless (energy drink)
has anyone else tried this or think it will work?
any comments appreciated.

we can train ourselves to have patience in reality and in learning our dreams. patience is the key if you pursue it with all your heart.

it's a game where you play minigames involving math problems etc.
it's supposed to activate your frontal lobe, which i presume is good for LDing.
Hmm, I expect any activity that increases the use of you logical minds activation should help. Not sure it deserves an ILD title though
Maybe you could try the:HACOTDSPUARABAMILD
(Have A Cup Of Tea Do So Push Ups And Read A Book About Monkeys Induced Lucid Dream)
(ha sorry... couldnt resist)
Well as for playing a game to activate your brain. Who knows.
Are you trying to lucid dream or something?
In any case, you should never drink energy drinks. All they do is contaminated your body with posion's. Get your energy from real food, not chemicals.
Yeah, since solving puzzles does activate the part of your brain that is responsible for the long term memory.I think this will activate my frontal lobe.(i think that's what it activates)

i did it last night before bed and couldn't get to sleep.
i didn't drink the energy drink either.
so maybe this isn't a good idea at all.
also, way to burn archdreamer.
wow, I can't believe you made this topic. Just last Friday I woke up, in a very drowsy state, and decided to do math to stimulate my "logic center", as I call it, then visualized to help stimulate my creative mind. I soon stopped and quickly drifted into a dream. I soon realized things were out of place, just because a chair wasn't in its normal spot in my house, and I became lucid! The next day I followed the same process and it worked again! I tried again on sunday, however, but woke up not feeling very tired so I wasn't able to enter a dream again. Overall, this process is golden. I planned on releasing a tutorial on it after I experimented more with it.

Project Pandora (you know you're curious)
~ I'll give this some attention, maybe get it going again some time in the future
You know, this really sounds interesting. Too bad I dont have a DS.
Ill look up some logic games on the web and see where it takes me. The only problem for me is: Im someone who has trouble sleeping in general, so I also have trouble when Im trying to go back to sleep after being up too long, being exposed to light for too long, or even stimulating my brain in any way. Oh well, I suppose its worth a shot. I guess I go ahead and tweek it a little bit in my case. I should probably REM deprive my self for a night or two, just for extra kick and to make sure that Ill be able to go back to bed and not stay up.

Next: TALDTEALOOILD or Think About Lucid Dreaming Then Eat A Lot Of Oranges Induced Lucid Dream. Honestly. Not everything deserves to be an -ILD. My WBTB-MILD-WILD technique isn't WBTB-MILD-WILD-ILD.

I love DEILD! SP is pwnage!

it's not harmless, it's confusing. An -ILD is an established method that can be used by anyone, with the expectation of it Inducing Lucid Dreams because it has been tested and proven to do so. If you're looking through WILD, DILD, EDILD, DEILD, CILD, SPILD, BTILD, WUAHACOCW2SHTCPILD (wake up and have a cup of coffee with 2 sugars hold the cream please induced lucid dream), etc, you won't know what actually works and what people are just naming on a whim before even trying it, yet naming it along the same lines as established methods. This hasn't even been tested yet and it already has a name.
Plus, if the name were to be accurate, it would have to be PNDSTCEDDWBTBILD (play nintendo DS then chug energy drink during wake back to bed induced lucid dream). You can see how things can easily get out of control with everyone naming every idea they have an "-ild"...
Not saying that it couldn't be potentially useful... but naming it certainly is not helpful, and may in fact be far from harmless to the uninitiated looking for a more conventional induction method. Less naming, more testing. In my opinion, all of this "ild" stuff for untested methods is like coming up with a title to a song, without writing the song.
I mean, naming it like this, we would have to have BAILD (brain age -ild) BA2ILD (brain age 2 -ild), TPILD (trivial pursuit -ild), BTVDDILD (battletoads versus double dragon -ild)...... and on and on and so on and so far et cetera et cetera blah blah woof woof.
This thread could have just as easily been name "Using Brain Age to induce lucid dreams" without jumping on the -ILD bandwagon.
With that all out of my system, I think this could be a very useful method, but it needs to be tested before it is even considered to be named. I believe there are programs over at LD4all which use a similar concept, by playing little computer games during a WBTB to activate your logic centers, which will hopefully carry over into your dreams as reality checks.
Oh... something besides High-Fructose Corn Syrup, caffeine, artificial color and little else?
