Thread: Calea Zacatechichi? the dream herb?

ive read about it and thats what its supposed to do but i have never tried it my self its also supposed to make becoming lucid in dream eaiser as well though i could be wrong im pretty sure i read that some where. was thinking about getting some for myself and giving it a shot

Never heard of that one. Is there another namee for it. Is that the clinical name or does the tea have a differant name?

I don't know if its legal or not.. sounds strange to me. If at least there would be some tea with it, one could say it's a tea.

I would love to try some do you guys know how to get a hold of any, and the price or avalability of it?

I have smoked and eaten salvia before. I actually smoked some 10x concentrate salvia yesterday!

Salvia Divnorum is legal in the US and can be found at most head shops. I don't know if it is the exact same as Calea Zacatechichi but I looked it up and it is sold on the same websites and was used by the same mexican tribes so it is probably very similair.

I'm not sure if it induces intense dreams because I have never fallen asleep after smoking it, but now I'm deffinately going to try!

I dont think it is the same as salvia. Hey astounded, what did u think of salvia? Did you trip? I heard that it sucsk and that just get some Psilocybin mushrooms if you wanna trip. Oh and trust me within a month or two it will be a Scheduled drug and will be illegal.

Salvia is actually amazing! if you have ever smoked weed then you'll think its tough competition. I also think that the calea stuff and salvia are close to the same thing. Well either way did you say they would be declaring it illegal soon? if so could you get some more info?

I dunno a lot of people I know said they would rather smoke weed or eat mushrooms. Maybe I'll try it before it gets scheduled tho, who knows.

I think it's quite different from salvia (although I've never tried salvia...)
It didn't seem to work, but I only had a gram or so (it was expensive), so maybe I didn't have enough. And it couldn't have helped that I was gagging it down a sip at a time followed by sugar and water to get rid of the taste...

Anyway, I hope to try it again sometime.

Yeah Salvia isn't that great, if you eat about a handful of dry leaves or take a bong hit of some 5x or 10x concentrate it will make you 'trip' for about 5-20 minutes depending on the person. I like the feeling of being high from marijuana better and have found much better success with shrooms for tripping.

I think salvia is crazy. I tripped out so hardcore on it. I dono where you guys heard salvia was being scheduled, it's not and it never will be. For a drug to be scheduled the active drug has to be chemicaly similar to another drug thats being scheduled. salvia and Calea zacatechichi are very different.

Here's a clarification. Salvia and the dream herb are very different. I have tried salvia and am going to get some dream herb very soon. If you would like to purchase some go to www.bouncingb.com . I have just ordered some from there and will reply on the effects of this plant.

Salvia and dream herb are very different. For one, dream herb doesnt make you trip...it makes me feel slightly relaxed and nothing more, its effects are most noticable in a dream becuase it improves vividness and recall and supposedly increases the frequency of lucid dreams.
(although in the last 4 days ive used dream herb 3 ties and on the one night i didnt use it, I had a lucid dream.)

Salvia is amazing if you smoke it right, its just difficult to smoke. A lot of epople i know have tried it and dont even believe that there are any effects. I dont like salvia much now, it makes me feel cold inside.

Does anyone know the right dosages for dream herb tea? I made some last night and from all reports its supposed to be the worst tasting thing one earth, I thought it was quite nice so i must have made it too weak.

I have just bought some Calea Zacatechichi and am going to try it this evening...hope it works, I might mix it with some B6 100mg.

Salvia is a differnet thing altogether, I have had the 10x version. Try mixing it with skunk and rolling up with about 1/3rd gram of salvia 10x. inhale and hold it in for as long as possible. After about 5 to 10 inhalations you will be tripping. I did this and it was a very strong trip that lasted for a good four hours or so... Far different from mushrooms or acid.
