      Close to a WILD?

When practicing MILD in the morning after 5-6 hours of sleep, random dreamscenes come to my head without effort They are kind of like daydreams but almost a dream, its hard to describe. They are always very detailed and illogical like a dream. Am I close to a WILD? If I am, how do I move from this state into the dream?

I know what you're talking about. Most likely, you're beginning to enter a dream state. Keep concentrating on details in the scenario, such as what you would hear, feel, smell and see. Not only will this keep you lucid while the dream forms, it will also encourage the dream to shape faster and become stable. Good luck!

WILD's take time and patience. A good idea is to read one of the WILD tutorials that is up on the site and get some sort of technique down, if you even need one i am not sure..

But if its easy for you to relax at night, just lay still in a comfortable position until you body begins to relax.. A good tutorial to read on WILD's is Jeff777 which the link is right here : http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=42271

It's really easy for me to get to the point where your body is twitching. Just the other day I got to where the dream was forming all around me, but there was no color and no sound. If I would have kept on to it longer, I could have had it !

      Hope that helps
