IMO it is ok to swallow because your body does that while asleep anyway. It can be difficult to avoid itching because it's very distracting and sometimes painful. I think its best to try and ignore the itches, but if you cant, itch yourself and continue the wild. It may set you back a bit, but it's much better than having the urge to itch for 30-45 min.(Some itches wont go away)

Im going to try just pretending to go to sleep normally tonight and then when i feel on the verge of slipping away im goignn to focus on breathing and keep still then and see if get any further with WILD cos atm i think im way to focused on feelings in my body and its stopping me from falling asleep or getting anyway, thanks for you help
