This sounds very interesting, but it keeps refering to the videos even starting on the first couple pages. LIke it says, "When you
finish reading Part I, don’t go directly to Part II. That comes later.
2. Next, study the Part I videos. There are three of them and they are recognizable by the blue print on their
labels."
Do I actualy need the videos, or can I ignore that, and just use the manual?, because I don't intend to spend a penny unless it works really well. I thought this was supposed to be free... Anyways, whenever you reeturn, get back to me on that please.

that's a lot to read. I don't think I can do that much reading I read the first couple of chapters and with no excitement, sorry it just didn't grab my attention span enough to keep going. 
But now that I understand what it is, it kind of makes sense. The actual procedure is on page 28, but I suggest you read all before that to understand.
