      Damn..

I was lying there listening to Phoenelai's lucid mp3 trying to snooze, but it kept my mind awake, so i thought meh lets WILD

And i chilled out, felt medium vibrations, and my body felt real heavy etc. when suddenly, i had this image of two tall buildings in my vision, and it became 3d, like one of those pictures you view crosseyed. It suprised me and i got a lil excited, and it disappeared. Was this just a hallucination or is this a dream scene forming?

They're the same thing, mate. A dream is just a hallucination. If you had SP, you were really close to entering the dream. You just got to excited.

Next time you experience this .. Dont get so damn excited! I know dreaming is an exciting thing but if you wanna have more fun with it all your going to need to calm down a tad.

This means you are close to WILDing. I agree, next time don't get too excited and just have the mindset of "This is just a stepping stone towards a lucid dream"

It´s hard not to get excited, but I think with time everyone learns to stay calm in SP.
The first time I had a WILD (only had two), I looked around and couldnt believe it worked. I was so excited that I jumped up, flew around for a few seconds but then immediately woke up.

The two large buildings were the beginning of a dream scene. If you could have been able to look at them better (and probably calmer) and they became more clear, then maybe you could have been able to start to look around and see other things too. Once that happens you can literally step into the dream scence and have a fantastic voyage in the new reality you are experiencing.

      Good luck

Protip: next time you experience something like this, try to grab nearest thing = you'll end up in a dream. Don't try visualising doing this with your dream hands, just grab something like you do it with your real hands. But remember to do it fast before everything fades away. This has never failed me.
