ok last night i had a lucid dream it was bizzarre about a demon or soemthing any wayss the last few times i had a ld i noticed i like to put my hand under my head as like a support like instead of on the pillow i pu tmy head on the back of my hand and sleep and i think the numbness of my hand awakens me cause i had like 2 lds and awoke to find my hand under my head try it that and or get soem pills called stress tabs i took one before bed and it has b6 in it so i dunno if that was it either

hmm kind of a strange technique, think it would annoy me if i tried to sleep on my hand.
