Hello Liam Angel. To answer your question, yes, it’s a great way to become Lucid. Some people find it a bit hard to concentrate at first, but then again, if you think it’s right for you… try it. If you don’t try, you won’t know.

I don't see how a VILD works really, the tutorial is a little confusing.
It's basically dream incubation paired with a reality check. So while you're doing your visualization of the incubated dream, keep doing reality checks until you realize you're dreaming. I haven't had a lot of success with this method, but the idea behind it makes a lot of sense.Originally posted by darkster2
