Woah. That happened to me - the night I stopped worrying about MILD and such, I had a dream that came close to an LD.
Maybe I should try that for a few nights.
Two nights ago I got my first LD. The thing is, it was the first night in weeks I skipped taking B6. That, and I haven't been recording my dreams lately either. I was told to just lay back and wait for it, and it worked.
No more B6 for me I guess...

Lucids so far: 4 (3 DILD, 1 FILD) Although most are just DALDs.
I've read over and over here that stress can have adverse effects on dream recall and lucid dreaming. Could that be the reason?
The problem is not doing something for LDing but trying to force it. Taking B6 is just enough evidence, in your case.
All I can say is just focus on LDs in the day, and focus on sleep at night.
Well last night, I did nothing, and I had one of the longest dreams I can remember. It took up a ton of pages in my dream journal.
Good advice, Daviid.
