      Hey everyone,

I'm having some trouble in attaining lucidity and remembering my dreams because of my classes. Somedays I have to wake up at 5:30am, others at 7:30am, and if you add everyday stress and other stuff you'll see how hard it is to LD.
Can anyone help me to at least remeber half of my dreams?

      Thanks.

If say you have to wake up at 5:30 AM you could just set the alarm a few minutes earlier, and then use a tape recorder, or jot down notes quickly if you perchance remember something from your dreams.

How about the weekend? Can you keep a decent schedule for sat/sun?

The main problem is that I have only a few hours of sleep. I go to sleep 10:00~11:00pm. I usualy take one hour to fall asleep.

And I have tests every saturday hehe, so I have to be at school 7:45... after studing like there is no tomorrow.

Basically, I'm in my last year at school, next year I'll be in college. So I have to study a lot for the exams ( I want to graduate in chemical engineering xD) and that leaves only a few hours to thing about LDing.

Man I am having the same problem. over spring break I was able to have LDs and remember all these dreams. now its much harder because most of the day is spent thinkin about stuff other than LDing. Actually usuing my journal is tough too because I never have time... I sleep until the very last minute and by the time I actually wake up, i should be sitting in class . I usually get 5-6 hours (from about 2am-8am) so that kind of makes WILDing hard. If you really want to increase dream recall, you can set your alarm to go off every 90 mins when you should be dreaming. (set the first for 180 mins if its gonna take u and hour to fall asleep). Its tough being busy and stressed and get good dream recall. Keep workin at it and it should come...

Yeah, my recall has been low lately too, what with tests and such. All I can say is keep trying.
