keep a dream journal beside your bed with a pen stuck in to a blank page.
when you wake up, don't move or start thinking about anything else. allow what you were just dreaming to come back to you (wait 2-3 minutes if you have to). then, when you've remembered all you can, write it down before going back to sleep.
i went from remembering 1 or 2 dreams a week to 2-3 every night. stay consistent, and you'll start remembering way more dreams.![]()
