Thread: Dreaming Every Night

Every one has dreams every night. Sometimes you just dont remember them. You have to work towards a lucid dream, or somtimes they just happen. You should read the introduction.

So does that mean my dreams are just randomly being remembered?

Im not sure. Like I said you should read the introduction. It is really helpfull if you are just starting out.

You dream more than 10 times in a normal night, but you only remember maybe 1 or 2 of them. Experienced people remember 5 dreams a night. It depends on when the dream was dreamt. If it's in the end of the sleep, the dream is easier to remember and more vivid. Early night sleep dreams tend to be unvivid and hard to remember. It is possible to make an early-sleep-dream vivid, through lucidity.
