EILDS my technique i think its better then wild

Hey all thanks for taking the time to come and read this, the other night i developed a new Wild technique, : ), i am calling this technique eilds, OK here's the technique, lay on your back, and keep looking either right/left whatever is more comfortable for you, and keep your eyes in that direction, and deep breathing helps, actually any good relaxation/hypnosis technique combined with this technique will do you wonders, i repeat to my self, let go, just let go, and deep breathing, as you start to loss awareness, your eyes will recenter them selves, and hopefully making you aware again, and when you do become aware again you must resist the urge to roll over and go to sleep, this is hard due to feeling druggie, but i notice the more druggie you feel, usually means your closer to actually becoming/going into [/quote][/A] lucid/aping. actually this technique helped me to obe, as i was totally relaxed i kept imagining the sensation of getting up, and i actually got up, but i thought i actually got up for real, and wasted the experience, but anyway here's my technique, hopefully i become well known for creating a kick *** technique, and trust me, ill take all the credit

thanks all and happy lucid dreams to all

PS, this is for dumb asses only, Do this when your going to sleep, and do this with eyes closed!

Well, there's a technique called "how to trick your body into falling asleep". The idea was to remain still even if you feel the urge of moving/scratching, which isn't so different from this one you just "invented".

But I'll try it tonight anyway and tell you what happened

Well I don't consider myself a "dumb ass" but I do appreciate the additional information on how to do your technique.

I'll try this tonight.. this does sound really interesting; kind of like the technique where you keep your arm raised until it falls over. That effort usually keeps me TOO awake and I think this might work better for me.

Question: Do you usually do this a few times? Like will you move your eyes back to the side multiple time before you progress to the point where you think you can OBE?

Smile Do you usually do this a few times?

nah man, keep repeating it, until you reach what people call sleep paralysis or astral catalepsy minded folk, then and only then can you attempt a obe, or astral project.

Ok... so I've had trouble for a while treading the boundary between consciousness and sleep. I know I really get down to the nitty gritty.. but the more specific you can be in how you make this work for you the more it would help me.

So, just how much effort do you put towards keeping your eyes to one side? This might be a case where I just have to figure out what works best for me.. I don't think I've been putting enough effort towards it because so far my eyes have returned to center without me even noticing so I fall asleep.
