People feel all kinds of stuff while trying to WILD, mild to violent vibration, tingles, etc.
When I WILD I usually feel like I'm being pulled around by the top of my head, or like I'm about to fall off of my bed. Sometimes I feel gentle rocking. I tend to hear music. I like to WILD early in the morning, when I still have 2-4 hours of sleep left. Sometimes I do a short (5-10 minute) WBTB, but often I don't. Generally I count "one" on the in breath and "two" on the out breath and just repeat those 2 numbers because if I keep my mind awake enough to count to 100 I am too awake to WILD.
