I did some googling and read holosync works best with (stereo) headphones...is this true? If it is then wouldn't it be better for WILD and not DILD.

hey, if it brings white tunics into the dream... i just might have to give it a try. i've actually always been curious about programs like that, but i haven't ever tried them seriously. but it couldn't hurt to get around to doing it sometime.

no, no, you use the holosync during the day and it trances you right out then after a few days of using it youll start noticing big differences in your life...waking and dreaming...
no lie i just did my first wild this morning with hypnagogics and weird vibrations and everything,and i wasnt even trying!!! i actually thought it was a obe at first...then i had 3 successive lds in a row and that just was not happening before i started using holosync!
read about it download it do it ,i guarantee itll change your life so much youll want to buy it!(no i dont work for them..)

meditating regularly with binaural beats will give you a really good look inside your mind....at the lower levels of brain activity all your unresolved issues(which are the basis for your dreams)can be accessed and ironed out,when you drop all this emotional baggage that you will realise you just dont need....your dreams will be clearer and youll have 1000% times more likelihood of lucidity!

Tried it (with a stereo headphone) and it didn't have any effect. I used the demo in my last 20 minutes before going to bed in my WBTB time. On the contrary, I actually recalled less dreams in the morning and it took me quite some time to write at least some details down.

Was funny though, as I only recalled 2 dreams and when I walked out of the room and grabbed my clothes I also accidently grabbed my hat which made me recall of a dream where I had done exactly the same thing, which made me recall 2 dreams, so up to my usual 5 again.

But nopes I'm afraid this tape's just a scam.

In my opinion, lucid dreaming is like going on a diet. There's no quick-fix, magic pill, or method. It takes hard work and determination. Unless it comes naturally (in which case, I hate you.)

I must admit though like a quick fix diet it does have instant results, which usually die off or don't work after a while.
I might give that Holosync one a go, 36 meg mp3 download.

It seems DV is loosing it's take no shit atitude, but whatever.

That shit does work, well probably, I've used things like this before, they were a quick fix.

No you don't need to buy it, but then again it's up to you.

Of course they only offer a demo that can get you to a meditation state, maybe less.

I dont like this music thing, seems to muc hlike your working for the company, but i do have somethin to say about the novadreamer, it works nearly 70% of the time, i had to earn lucid dreaming before i got it, and you can lend it to friends, and the money you spend on it gets sent to the lucidity institute, its a good choice.

Hmm you just gave me an idea, buy the Novadreamer and of course breaking it's 'laws' rent it to a secret community of people here. But of course i don't have a bad bone in my body.

Yeah it's definetly relaxing, but never enough to do anything further. I think it's good to get in a meditative state though

yeah well the holosync is not a get lucid quick hit...
but whatever your capacity to LD is , it will increase it, give it a few weeks...
at first it may even make you sleep deeper with less lucidity but this is because your consciousness needs some deep relaxation and the recording will take you into a state where that is possible...
but then your mind will be clearer cleaner and more willing to respond to your desire to LD...
and lets not forget that binaural beats,( created by the difference in frequency of two tones coming into each ear, which you can only just about hear, the rainfall is just to make you relaxed) are scientifically proven to create new neural pathways between the right and left hemispheres...
ie your conscious and unconscious which are exactly the same pathways you want to be creating if you want to consciously enter the unconscious realm of dreaming!!

definitely less for me. I wish that guys voice would go away. At least for me, it was way too distracting.

My advice if you want this kind of stuff is to stick to free programms which are just as good, like Brainwave Gen.

That has some really intense tracks on it.
