      Unhappy get too scared (not a winp :( )

      When I try and attain lucidity i get really scared, i'm not sure why but it usually prevents me from having a ld. any advice?

      Lucky, you can atleast get there lol. But really, I don't have to much experience here, at all, but I'm sure it's just a state of mind thing. Only once have I managed to get there, and it was by pure accident o.O and I myself didn't find the experience to scary, but I can see how it would be.

      Just remember that nothing can or will hurt you, unless a serial killer walks into your room . Just lay back and let it all happen.

      yeah soemtimes WILD scares the shit out of me cause theres that inbetween stage where you cant move in your bed...i usually cant open my eyes and i hear voices in the corners of the room or feel people touching me. i hate that its soo weird

      Personally, WILD's creep me out aswell. I have only managed to complete it once, (Will Never, Ever, try it again.) I felt the SP, then i saw some flickers of light under my bedroom door, heard little drills whizzing, and heard this other-wordly thing shout of random language. I managed to tough it out, but i was sure i was being abducted by Aliens! You know- The being unable to move and all that.

      It's worth it when you get used to it i suppose, But personally, I rather enjoy DILD'ing.

      I think part of the fun of the WILD are all the events leading up to the WILD. I mean the shifts and lights and all sorts, it fascinates me
