      Unhappy grr becoming very frustrated

Im becoming very frustrated because im finding it very hard to become lucid Ive listened to subliminal msg songs,
Ive been keeping a dream journal (i can remember dreams very well)
and i do Reality checks alot but like in my dreams i never do them and ive been trying for a while now
and im starting to doubt ill ever become lucid and i dont want to take any vitamins for this so what can i do exactly?

Shift your LD routine from the day to before sleep and during when you wake up at night. By doing all those checks etc during the day it only exhausts your mind and intent. Just keep a good charge of intent and excitement during the day by thinking of what you want to do when you are lucid. Then when it's time to sleep..blast away with all your ammo of checks and autosuggestion. For me if it's really charged up I will get an LD a few dreams later but there are a couple of times where the intent was so strong almost burst my cranium and I had an LD in the first dream.

Reality checks are tests you do to see if you are dreaming or awake. For example, try to put your finger through your hand. If it passes through you are dreaming If not, your awake. Make up some of your own

Autosuggestions are something you tell yourself. Just keep telling yourself that you will have a Lucid Dream and that you will recall it in the morning. If you do these things, Lucid Dreams are much more likely to occur.
