get lots of sleep is the main thing, also setting an alarm for like 5 hrs after you go to bed, so when you wake up from it you can write your dreams down.

I was just like you, I adnt remembered my dreams for like 3 yrs and I remember being lucid often when I used to have them, now since joining 1 week ago Iv had 7

start a dream journal, RIGHT after you wake up (at any time during the night) try to remember what you were dreaming about. write whatever you can think of on a piece of paper. in the morning whatever you have written down should help you reconstruct your dream, then go through it in your mind and write the entire dream down. after a while it will become really easy to do

what soth said. Lots of sleep and lots of time to write your dreams. Dream journal is a must. When you wake up, lye in bed and think about your dreams and try to rmember before doing anything else.

      Dream recall

As dream-happy, soth, and nightowl said, keep a dream journal. The best way to improve your dream recall is to give yourself motivation to remember your dreams. By writing them down in a dream journal, you give youself a reason to remember dreams. After a few weeks your recall should improve.

After you can remember two or three dreams a night, you can begin to look for recurring themes and symbols in your dreams.
