thats the problem. most of the techniques are most effective after 4-5 hours of sleep. I supose you can try doing WILD during a nap, or MILD before sleep, but those would be way more effective after 4-5 hours of sleep.please give me a nice and effective method of inducing some lucid dreams without the old "wake after 4 hours" condition?
Keep doing RCs though. Since you dont want to do a WBTB, then you are going to need somthing else.
