so i've kept a dream journal for quite a while and the only reoccurring thing is like some sort of hero complex. pretty much all my dreams are about me being a hero. but that isnt a thing. is that possibly my sign?

You could watch superhero movies and etc. and RC during them, that might help?

Dream signs can definitely be a theme. The only dream sign I have seen in mine recently is being late for various appointments, jobs, classes, etc.

I thought one of my dream signs was the theme of unfamiliar places, then the other night I had a dream I was in my own kitchen but I didn't notice. Oh well.
Dream Big, Live Large.... BTW, can you breath with your nose pinched shut?
