Thread: Help To Have Another Lucid Dream!

hey, i've been trying to have lucid dreams, i've had a couple but i'm finding dream recall really hard to keep up with as well as working out how many dreams i had. Is there like a sound clip that i can put on my ipod that i can set to go off at a certain time to make me realise i'm dreaming? anything that could help is greatly appreciated, it's also difficult with exams coming up, thanks again and any help or links to audio files is appreciated.
