Any additional details you can add? I love the song, very relaxing. Also, 5hrs? Thats a long time.
Has anyone ever listened to the song by Frank Young at newgrounds.com? Well I believe It works better than alot of things. You can only get the song from that site and if you decide to be a smart one and try the song out, Listen to the song 5 hours straight repeating at a low volume where u still can understand the words. I had 3 lds one night form listening to the song and My lds are keep getting more lucid and longer. I believe that by listening to the song It helps you do more reality checks. I actually got better results listening to the song for 2 or 3 nights then not listening at all the next to nights. On the next 2 nights I had some amazing LDS!!!!
The site is newgrounds.com. Go to the audio portal then type lucid at the search bar and click on the song by Frank Young.
Hope Yall Enjoy!!!

I think the best method for using the song is listening to it 2 or 3 nights in a row then the next two nights do not listen to it and you'll have awesome LDs, I know I did. But if you want to try having LDs every night Listen 5 hour then don't listen the rest of the night. You should have Lds after you stop listening to it the rest of the night. I have had great success fromthe first night and the progress keeps getting better
Is there any way to download this song so that I can burn it to a CD?

When you say listening to it 2 or 3 nights in a row do you mean falling asleep to it?
And also... I have yet to use it, but the claim that it makes you lucid is rather bold. You would still need to attempt to have a LD wouldn't you? Or did this give you a lucid without doing any induction techniques?
Spiral out... keep going...
I heard the song, and by the way it sounds, I'm assuming that it's just supposed to get lodged in your mind and played when you dream.

Hi, the mp3 created an example of lucid dreaming in Ur subconcious and it menifested as another thing....doing reality checks and U become lucid in Ur dream. But it may menifest as other things related to lucid dreaming from person to person....so I think for this to be successfull one needs to also prime the mind that lucid dreaming and reality checks are the same thing....so IMO the longer U've been practising lucid dreaming, the more successfull this mp3 will be....

So am I allowed to listen to other songs as long as I listen to this one for a long time? Listening to xylophones and a weird voice all day is kinda boring...
Btw, does anyone know what he's saying? All I hear is:
"I am aware that I am in a dream. I am aware that I am dreaming."
And then something about reality checks and the heart of the dream state...![]()

without having much luck in the past week i listened to this song and managed to have a really random dream on the first night. it seemed to work although it was just a vivid dream, but it could have been lucid. my failure to notice the dreamsign of a floating fish... lmao, maybe i just wanted to see what came next instead of intervening.
I FINALLY GOT MY FIRST LUCID DREAM!
What I did was watched (search lucid dreaming subliminal video by world-of-lucid-dreaming.com) twice before bed, wake up 4.5 hours later, plug in my earphones and listened to this mp3 on repeat and watched the video once. Then I went back to sleep again. However, I believe what triggered the lucid dream was when my sister's alarm clock rang 15 minutes later and woke me up but I didn't move. I could hear her get out of the bed and out of the room before I fell into a deeper sleep.
My bed started shaking as if an earthquake had hit me. It was so exciting! I was like "OMG THIS IS IT!" The next thing I knew, I was back in my bed, in the same position fully aware that I had succeeded and was lucid dreaming. I pinched myself to check too. I'll say I was 90% lucid because it felt so real and was so vivid. My lucidness dwindled down as time passed though. I also couldn't alter anything in the dream. There wasn't anything I needed to control, although I tried to fly and changed my scenery but I still remained in my home. I lost control of my dream when I tried to leave the house.
When my dream became unstable, I could hear the mp3 being played and I could feel my bed.
