Isnt this always the case? At least, when Im lucid im fully aware of that fact, im hardly ever like half lucid, probally dont remember if I am so
i think feeling fully lucid is being fully aware..not just knowing you are dreaming but being aware thaat dreaming means your sleeping..meaning you know you are safe and secure in your bed while you can then go off into your dream worldagain being aware that there is no consenquences for your actions..some of my dreams would get me arrested in the real world..lol

i don,t always seem to be fully aware..sometimes i know i,m dreaming thinking these things can,t really be happening but not enough awareness to take action..just ggoing with the flow
what do you guys mean by low ludicity and high ludicity? and i dont even remember dreams... not even one... and i havent even been remembering dreams for a week or so now.. its rare for me to remember you know...![]()
The difference between Low levels of Lucidity and High Levels of Lucidity is your Awareness within that dream and usually what you are capable of doing to manipulate the dream to an extent. In Low Levels you kinda realize that you are dreaming but you still go with the flow with the dream I call it being stuck between two planes. With High Level You are fully aware of the dream knowing that your body is laying in bed and you have a significant amount of Manipulation toward yourself in the dream and also the dream world.
Now there is an additional Level beyound High Levels of Lucidity I believe its called Super Lucidity. This is where everything seems more real than your waking world Vision is 100% more clearer, Smell, Touch, hearing and tasting things from your senses has become hightened to a level beyound belief its mind boggling. This Level is the hardest to obtained Some people only achieve this once in a life time some people achieve it in waves. This is the Level thats really facsinating.

I think I posted this a while back on this board, but I'm not sure. The following is a section of a paper at the lucidity institute. It explains levels of lucidity. A link to the full paper follows.
"We also showed that the tendency of nonlucid dreams to form transient global contexts is present during lucid dreams. Characters and situations encountered unintentionally in lucid dreams can serve as factors around which may nucleate a nonlucid dream context. These factors can compete with the lucid dream context for access to the dreamer’s intentions. If the lucid dreamer does not make a conscious effort to maintain the lucid dream context, it is possible for these distractions to absorb the attention of the lucid dreamer and draw the dreamer into a situation that unfolds independent of the dreamer’s volition. At the extreme, a newly generated dream context can displace the lucid dream context resulting in a loss of lucidity and the transformation of the lucid dream into a nonlucid dream. In practice, however, subtler forms of competition will allow the lucid dream context to co-exist with competing dream elements that are not contained in the lucid dream context, resulting in modifications of the cognition of the lucid dreamer which affect memory access, thinking and behavior. In such situations, the dreamer appears to phase in and out of lucidity to various degrees. Thus, because of competitive processes, the degree of lucidity can itself vary within a single lucid dream. These are the tears that I dream about...
so i had this dream last night, and it was freaking amazing, it was sort of lucid, but i had induced it through a WILD, it was not fully lucid, but wow, its never been that vivid before! it was more real life than my dreams had ever been.

thanks for the welcome lowercase. So, how can one increase lucidity levels? Is it a matter of concentrating harder when in the LD? Most of my LD's are rather low level, or shift from mid-level to low level after a few minutes or moments.
I think I had a Super Luciditu few times...not sure...
I don't really know how to seperate dream levels...
-I know that I can dream normal...rearly
-Know that I am dreaming but no control...once a week
-Full Control...mostly
-When you now you'r dreaming, but it becomes so fuc*** real that you dought it is a dream...rare
Few times I made sweet love...I culd smelled her parfume...feal her soft skin...uff got to go to sleap NOW !!!
If there are spelling errors...sorry..I am not so good with English writing...
I sometimes have these super vivid dreams...
...although most of the time they're not lucid.
