How do you do WILD naps?

I couldn't find anything besides the nap part on the WILD tutorial so i wanted to ask people directly. How do you do WILDs with naps. Are are techniques able to work with naps as well?

Naps are a little trickier than mid-night WILDs. You have to get your timing figured out. Most people seem to have a REM cycle an hour or three after mealtime. Something like: 10am, 3pm, or 7pm. Try to fit the nap in during the time you naturally feel a little sleepy. The idea is, you launch into a dream as soon as you fall asleep.

Also remember, you have to be able to fall asleep for a successful WILD. This might mean adjusting your WILD technique to allow your mind to drift a little more than you would in the middle of the night.
