      How to prolong wilds?

Yesterday afternoon i attempted to wild and it lead into a dream, but the thing is, i wasn't lucid. On top of that it was a dream i didn't want. Plus, it lasted about 5 minutes. How can you make wilds? last longer? I attempted another wild several minutes later and it lead into another dream which was even shorter than the other one. Then last night after 12pm, i attempted another wild, and it lead into a "scary" dream. Every time i have attempted a wild, it lead into a dream that i didn't want to dream about.

When I'm wild, I always tell myself "Stay in focus, Stay in focus, Stay in focus." It's weird because I can feel my bed and I know I'm sleeping and that I would be mad at myself if I wake up during a lucid dream. It's works to a certain point, but I usually wake up after a while. Also, I avoid doing things that might freak me out.
Once been caught, second be free, third me see, four I scream.

Well when you WILD, you can try visualizing your desired destination. It's not a WILD unless you enter the dream lucid and aware, so if you successfully WILD you should be able to just change the dream scene. As far as prolonging them, check out the stabilization tutorial. Stabilization and reality checking should not be limited to DILDs, they work for WILDs too!

Yes that's right, visualization! I've been successful in the past at visualizing my destination but lately, when i do visualization my destination, i've dreamed of something completely opposite. And its usually a boring dream, but yes i am aware every time i wild, and also when i wild during a nap, the dream is less than 10 minutes. I'll check out the stabilization tutorial, thanks!
