      Hypnagogic Tiredness?

Everytime I practice WILD (trying to increase Hypnagogic) when I get home from college, I normally find myself two hours later, NOT succeeded in even falling asleep, and extremely tired. Why am I extremely tired?

You could be getting in trances if you just let your subconscious act on it's own you kind of get into a trance and slip into a very light almost sleep state were time can pass by quite fast (can happen if you try to passivly watch something in your mind), now if you mean your physicaly tired that is just caused by laying still for a very long time well inactive, your body has to warm up again to being active.

      Currently training to master WILD.

My mind normally snaps aware though after two seconds after the starting of a hypnagogic wave.

I've had some nights when I'm tired, but I can't fall asleep for at least an hour. Maybe try haveing some physical exercise about 6-8 hours before sleeping?
Willing to talk about/listen to anything you have to say.
