Hallucinations. They're nothing to worry about. This commonly happens when your body is entering Sleep Paralysis. It's when your body is paralyized outside of the REM sleep.
All you have to do is not be afraid of them, as they may become worse.
Last night at about 2, 3 A.M. i woke up from this dream I had of someone threatening me. I wanted to make sure it wasn't an FA so I did a few reality checks and I came to the conclusion I was awake. Just as I was closing my eyes to go back to sleep, I felt these extremely strong vibrations all through my body. I was so freaked out and my heart started to beat faster and I started to say, "NO!NO!" in my head. Then I told my mother about it. So what was with all the vibrations?

They're good, good, viiibrations! Lol
But ya, Slayer is right. If you fear them they become pretty scary, if not it's just a stepping stone to WILD =]
!
Oh well that's good to know. Thanks. Maybe I'll try the WILD technique afterall.

Oh I've felt that too! What happens after the vibrations go on for a while and you're in that paralysis stage?
I think you maybe hallucinate. That's the only reason why I'm scared to WILD because of the haullucinations but I'm am going to do it anyways.

Hmmm well i guess it depends what you see in your hallucinations.
Oh hey, sometimes when I'm really tired, I've felt faint touch sensations on my face and hands... would that count as a hallucination or the beginning of vibrations?

So you can have hallucinations before the vibrations? I always thought it was supposed to go the other way?
Please excuse my ignorance haha.

ah thanks.
Say, while we're on the topic, what's the significance of a shrinking feeling? The best way to describe it is that your body feels like it's far to huge, while you're drawing back inside your mind. Know what I'm trying to explain?
what is WILD? i guess i should know and i've been trying to figure out but can't... i don't get all this terminology...![]()

It stands for Wake Induced Lucid Dream... so going straight from being awake to LDing without a change in awareness. That much I know haha
thanks! wow. like, you don't have to "fall asleep", you just go instantly into LD? O.O

That's what I hear. It seems pretty tricky though, from what I've read in some tutorials and such, but definitely desirable.![]()
i havn't had many lucid dreams but i think i want to have more cuz it seems intriguing. **i wanna have a WILD... >< im definitely not experienced enough at this tho but watevz. i'm going to try. if i ever get to sleep tonight... geez i only have like, 5 hours left of night time....**
