It always helps to have a positive attitude towards it and really believe you will succeed.

Im with ya, going for number 30! I had one hell of a dry spell and i finally broke it 2 weeks ago! This LD im planning to make it 2D (that takes lotsa control, hopefully ill get it) and maybe even go to the voidnd do some creative thinking/clearing my mind (always seems to work better when i do it in a dream than when i meditate to clear it). Im gonna try the blue method tonight because it seems pretty effective.

Grfeat bProphecies to fullfill themselves. I igmire you for having been able to LD on will. Sometimes I also get the Idea that I'm trying so hard while I don't seem to get how it's done; which is more to stop doubting and just DO IT. It is a question of Faith, but I tried this before to no avail. I'm sure it was the lack of conviction, but lately I have been more positive and have had a couple of incidental lucids.

Well this morning I had a cup of Ephedra/African DreamRoot Tea. The DreamRoot should be manifesting it's effects from tonight till about the next 5 nights to come. Therefor I cannot participate in this Posiitivity and be able to say that this additude was the reason for any lucids I mighht have the comming nights.

However I will do it nevertheless to increase my chances. African DreamRoot induced dreams are usually very Clear, Continuous and very memorable which probably makes it about 10 times easier to pick up on Lucidity

This is true for me every night:

I'm going to be lucid in every dream tonight; there is no question. The only real question is whether I'll have a clear enough mind and enough willpower upon waking to remember them.

Ooh, so close. Lucidity, but so low that I'm not adding it to my signature. I was doing an assignment when a girl walks up to me and says, "Dude. Why are you writing? If you write in a dream, it won't be there when you wake up." I agreed, and went downstairs to excercise. *slaps forehead* Well, at least it was during my first REM period, so even if I did have high lucidity it wouldn't have lasted long.
