One thing you can do is during the day say to yourself over and over "when I go lucid inside a dream, I will remain calm and not wake up"..
And another thing, do a HILD * http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7245 * and in number "7" add "When I go lucid inside a dream, I will remain calm and not wake up"
ive tried that b4, but hey, u never know, it might work this time...... ill try it 2night... if it dont work then ill scalp u like my indian ancestors..... jk im not indian, my hair color kinda gives it away..... pleaz ppl gimme some more suggestions

I'm not sure what to suggest, other than don't give up, and truly believe that you will stay in the dream the next time you become lucid. I know you're getting frustrated, but the only way to succeed is to persist. Just the fact that you've become lucid is a huge step -- I'm sure that you will be able to accomplish what you want eventually if you keep at it.
And make sure that you don't start thinking "don't wake up" -- the surest way to make something happen in a dream is to think about it, even if you're thinking that you don't want it to happen. I know that's easier said than done, but you just have to keep working and discipline your mind.
