Thread: i think i almost achieved WILD

so last night i tried to induce WILD (tricking body into falling asleep) and there were moments when i felt weightless and numb. At one point i felt my eye lids twitching a lot and behind them i saw mixing shadow color things flashing different images. later i had one of those short brief dreams on and off and i was trying to control them. i achieved control and i remember making somebody talk about the subject that i was lucid and suddenly something woke me up in the real life.

it was getting late so i decided to just goto sleep after that because i usually can't rememer my dreams if i goto sleep too late.

and i have a question about these random dream images... if they're not hypnagogic, then what are they? just brief dreams before sleep?
