i think i BROKE THROUGH! ?Come and listen...
well, after trying ld techniques for months now, i didnt try anything last night and iguess around morning hours, i had a dream where i was in the bathroom looking into the mirror, and there was a dog behind me. things always seem to morph sporadically into different things (#1 dreamsign for me), and i was actually exxpecting it to change into a moth or something, then i started thinking about how things always change in my dreams, and then i realized "This is a dreeam!!!"
but thats when the weirdness started. i then felt myself in my bed, and i was vibrating lile a b*tch...especially my head and my teeth were vibrating like i had my head on the hood of a running engine...and it was rather uncomfortable. i was half in the dream and half in bed, and then i guess i lost it and woke up. any tips on what i should have done to stay in it??

Patience young one!
That has happened to me b4. Don't let that bother you, unless you are using it to WILD! Sounds like you could have slightly WILDed!

but is it somewhat normal to feel your head vibrate?
-
ya i guess my tounge vibrated once it felt weird so i think its normal

Not really. Its normal going into a dream to have vibrations, but not when leaving. Weird things happen in dreams all the time though so I wouldn't worry about it. As for what you should have done, it doesn't really matter as long as you try something.

in the dream i had a few nights ago I fell asleep in my bed only to "wake up" in my dream. when i awoke in the dream i was lying in the grass but I couldn't stand up. it took me a very long time to even be able to move or *attempt* to stand up, during that time period I felt a deep vibrational sensation that lasted for quite some time and almost to a violent extent. I can't however, say that's "normal" for the general population or even for myself, of the few times i've attained lucidity that's the only time i recall any vibrations.
