The transition stage is the most difficult for everybody. There is a fine line between drifting into non-lucid and just waking up. It all depends on how focused u r. Too focused could result in getting to excited or to aware which will just make you wake up. Relaxing to much and letting your mind drift = definite non-lucid sleep. Also, your trying to WILD at a time when WILD is very difficult. THe reason it is difficult to do it as you are going to bed is becuase you do not enter REM sleep right away when you go to bed at night. The first REM period you enter at night is also the shortest. THe best way to WILD is WBTB method, and even better than that is taking a nap in the afternoon. Hope that helps.
