Play a lot of computer solitare, especially right before bed. There was a study that found that people who played a lot of solitare had SP about solitare cards. I thought I had the source of this study bookmarked, but I can't find it! If you want you can probably find it by looking. If you can't stand solitare, play a game that is similar, with repetative simple images. I know computer sudoku worked its way into my SP!
If you are a spiritual/religious person you can always pray or do someother ritualistic focusing of your energy on creating a safe space for you to be in while you try to WILD. The more you belive that it will work, the better it will!
You can use autosuggestion to tell yourself that you enjoy your SP. The more you do it the faster and better it will work.
