From what I have read here on the forum, such itching is your body testing if you're asleep or not, if you scratch it, it will know you're awake. Try your best to just ignore any itching, and it will pass. I'm also speaking from experience here.I always get such bad itches when lying still for a while.

Itchiness while WILDing
Right well, last night I tried to WILD. After about 20 minutes of trying I experienced the usual stuff, ie flashing lights, colours. But pretty soon, I got like incredibly itchy on my stomach. It was like there were hundreds of mites there just biting into me.
Now I'm wondering, is this a normal HI experience because I'm pretty sure I don't have hundreds of mites crawling around my bed?A turd with a bullet in it ain't exactly 5 O'Clock News Ray
