This is a simple piece of Lucid Dream Hypnosis.
Based on the principle of combining a simple suggestion with a strong repeating MEME(the tune).
All you need to do is listen to the tune, whilst watching the spiral.
You'll find that this tune is very addictive, it will pop to mind again and again throughout day and night. It is often used in advertising for this very reason. When it does, the suggestion to ask "Am I Dreaming?" will come to mind.
Some people will notice the suggestion taking hold, as the "singing" in the tune, starts to sound as if they are singing "Am I dreaming?"
Beware... this tune is hard to shake, that's why it's being used. If you can't handle tunes that don't go away, don't listen!

I will try it, I am resistant to all types of hypno suggestions.
EDIT: Don't know why but while watching i started day dreaming about monks, And yeah very addictive.

It didn't exactly work for me yet. I'm not sure when I watch it, am I suppose to focus on the piral in the center? Can I read that part that says "I am dreaming"?
