M.I.L.D how effective do you find it?

Just wondering how effective you guys found the MILD technique in general, and has anyone cultivated the ability to have lucid dreams at will using it?

I'm not sure i'm not that experienced but I'm pretty sure it has helped my dream recall alot. It's different for everyone probably.

It seems like the first step to success for me(or other newbies) so I'd say it's pretty important.

Done during a WBTB is can be extremely effective. And I think it's a good thing to try regulalry. It gets your mind thinking about it more and helps your awareness a bit.

Works great for me, but my alarm clock wakes up everybody in the house so it's difficult for me to wake up at the right time.

I dont really find it very effective. It usually keeps me awake even longer and if i manage to fall asleep, nothing happens. So i dont use it anymore

I just started to attempt inducing LD's three days ago. All three nights I've used WBTB and MILD, and all three nights I've become lucid. It's hard to say whether the MILD is actually contributing though, but I think it probably is.

I used to never remember dreams at all, and since I have started MILD, I remember at least 2 a night. It works for me with dream recall, but so far nothing has made me lucid.

Sounds like a WBTB to me, unless you were trying a WILD before goign to sleep in the first place, which is incredibly difficult.
