      Melatonin?

      Wow...been awhile since I've been here.

      Anyway I've heard about this melatonin and it seems great. But...where can I get it at? Can I find it in some kind of drink or what? If I can drink it...does it taste good? I want to try some of this...

      Do you know how long melatonin usually carries its effect for? Is it likely to make you groggy for 6-8 hours or less than that?
