Hey I discovered this website via forums.livingwithstyle (awesome forum), but I am a Gmodder too.

I tried downloading these, but there isn't many working links... I'll try the torrent tomorrow if I remember to.

i don use an mp3, because i have no way of listening to it.

Man it put me into sp like at 15. I got shacky! wowerz that is wierd!

you should really check out the band Shpongle. They are Psy-Trance/Ambient. The music is very relaxing and i use it to meditate. They even have a song on there newest album taking qoutes out of Waking Life.

I 've posted a pretty nice mp3 that has had some good results here and LD4all.com. It contains the hemi-sync frequencies.

I've used it many times and had Lucids with it, the better results though was where I played it later in the morning (say 3AM) instead at the beginning of the night. I let it loop from 3 until you wake up. It has a better chance of creeping in your dreams in the later REM periods. I find I go lucid around 4 AM, since I'm more awake in sleep.
